Perfect for contractors and family stays. Enjoy a stay in our stylish first floor apartment centrally located. The building has recently been converted from an old pub. The bedroom is comprised of one king size bed t. The living room is very spacious boasting a sofa bed for an extra guests, modern kitchen with Mezzanine area above via a bespoke metal stair in four of the apartments. All units have keyless entry via an App and designated parking. We also have one two bedroomed available
We had the pleasure of converting a local pub into 6 serviced apartments, This is a family run business that has created luxury apartments in Higham Ferrers that can accommodate Short or long stays for trips of business or pleasure.
-Central to walk to the pubs shops and restaurants. -Rushden Lakes is a major shopping and leisure complex in Rushden, Northamptonshire -Silverstone Race circuit is a motor racing circuit in Northamptonshire -Santa Pod Raceway, located in Podington, Bedfordshire, England, is Europe's first permanent drag racing venue for 1/4 and 1/8 mile racing. -Stanwick lakes
