The Old Manor House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, a dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV, open fire and woodburning stove, a utility, and a games room with pool table, books, games, Nintendo Wii, Xbox and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, three doubles (two with en-suites), and a twin with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravelled area, lawn and patio, hot tub, sun loungers, furniture, barbecue and fire pit, and off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking or vaping. You'll find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Manor House is a spacious retreat for a memorable Devonshire escape. Note: Dogs are only permitted in the slate-floored areas downstairs. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of 800GBP applies. Lifton is a small village in the upper Tamar Valley, close to Launceston and the passing A30 road into Cornwall. This pretty community, once sitting astride the old A30 London to Penzance trunk road, is blessed with a village shop and post office, a superb pub, and 3 top-quality restaurants.
