We cook your breakfast to order using locally sourced produce, there will also be continental available which includes a choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and homemade bread and jams. We use handmade Gluten free pork sausages for all our English Breakfasts. 
Have a Dietary requirement; A full Vegetarian/Vegan cooked breakfast is available, which can include sausages if you wish. Gluten free breakfasts are well catered for with Cereals, bread as well as the full English with just a couple of bits missing

The Old Manor House is situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills on the outskirts of Medieval Axbridge and the old coaching village of Cross. The property is a 400 year old Coaching Inn with all the historical charm you would expect from a property with inglenook fireplaces and two wells, whilst also offering all the mod cons of having bedside USB chargers, a small fridge in your room for you to use , as well as double glazing
We have on site parking including Electric Car charging points, a garden with benches, a large guest lounge for all to use which contains toys for children of all ages, as well as DVDs to borrow if there is nothing that interests you on TV
The Old Manor House is a great base to explore the Mendips and the Somerset Levels, with a large selection of tourist destinations and sights all within a 20 minute radius; such as Cheddar Gorge (3 miles away), the sea side towns of Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare as well as the Cathedral and Abby of Wells City, Glastonbury Tor and Bristol Airport (9 miles). Also a great base for walkers and cyclists alike with the Mendip Way and the Strawberry line (cycle network 26) all on our doorstep

We are on the edge of the small village of Cross, with an excellent Pub called the New Inn just across the road, where booking a table for evening meal is highly recommended. Axbridge itself is steeped in history
For walkers the Mendip way runs along the hills behind the house, as well as many local paths to follow
For cyclists we are just off the National Cycle Route 26, as well as ideally placed for those travelling from Lands End to John O'Groats, we have cycle hoops and two storage containers for you to secure your bike
If you are traveling to or from the south West we are a easily accessible from the M5 to help break your journey
When traveling to us our recommended junction on the M5 is J22, then follow the A38 north. We are on the outskirts of the village of Cross and Axbridge, just 3 miles from Cheddar Gorge and the caves, 9 miles from Wells and 9 from Bristol Airport
