Hello, I'm Nina, I'm one of the owners of Claire Anthony Homes, thanks for checking out our bio and considering one of our holiday rentals for your stay.
We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing.
Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it!

No 4 @ The Rocket Room Apartments is tucked away behind the commercial shops on Marygate. Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town's main amenities.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by a hallway ideal for storing personal belongings, leading into the open-plan kitchen and living area. This spacious yet cosy room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a two-seater breakfast table.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and an integrated fridge, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Located through an internal door in the open-plan living area and has a king-sized bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
By the entrance hallway, there is an internal door that leads into the second bedroom. This bedroom also features a king-sized bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.
There is an enclosed outdoor area which is shared with the neighbouring apartment.
The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within a 5 minute walk.
2 dogs are permitted. Over 12 months old and fully trained.
