Welcome to this adorable, newly renovated 2-Bedroom Retreat in SE18. Sleeps up to 4/5 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area with a comfy sofa bed, two cozy bedrooms and modern amenities including free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. There is also a lovely back garden for those sunny days. We are a few minutes walk from the beautiful open green space of Winns common. We are located 10 minutes drive from The Queen Elizabeth Line in Woolwich, (10/15 minute bus journey), so very quick access to Central London and beyond. Free off-site parking is readily available, making it easy to come and go. Whether you're here for business, a weekend getaway, or visiting family, this welcoming house is the perfect base for your stay south of the Thames. THE SPACE and ROOMS: The House is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, as you enter, is the lovely living/dining room; you then walk into the large open plan kitchen and breakfast room, which gives you access to the private garden, offering a tranquil space to relax after a busy day Stairs in the kitchen lead down to the basement, where you will find the lovely, airy single bedroom. The double bedroom is on the first floor. Both bedrooms have garden views. There is also a sofa bed which can sleep 2 individuals.
What You’ll Love: Quick access to Central London: By Public Transport: • The nearest station is Woolwich Arsenal, which is around 10 minutes by car, bus or taxi from the property. • From Woolwich Arsenal, you can take the Elizabeth Line or DLR: • The Elizabeth Line takes you directly to Central London (e.g., Tottenham Court Road or Liverpool Street) in about 25–30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the beautiful open space of Winns Common, great for a morning stroll, and for children there is a playground and if you visit during July-early September the outdoor paddling pool is open for free! Food and Restaurants: We have the wonderful PLUMSTEAD PANTRY, which is owned and run by award winning chef Jamie Moir. The breakfasts are simply to die for, and the views over Plumstead Common are quite something. There is also The Slade Cafe, for quality food. 2 minute walk to local shops, for anything you need.
