Entering the property via the main door you are welcomed into the large open-plan living/dining room with comfy sofa, Smart TV and stunning views down the high street and across towards Swanage Bay. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. The master bedroom can be found on the ground floor where you have access to the shared balcony, in here you have a kingsize bed and wet room with walk-in shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. The main bathroom is also on the first floor offering both bath and double shower cubicle. This is a heritage property with stepped access into and around the premises. Outside there is a shared balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal catching the last of the summer sun. Being located on the main high street of Swanage, parking is a premium, with off road parking offered in the garage this is perfect to park the car up and explore everything on the doorstep (please note the garage is suitable only for a small car).
