The Stables is located in the heart of the New Forest, 10 minutes drive from the coast. Pets are welcome. There is a hot tub, a large koi pond, a trampoline, a sandpit and a treehouse for children. The Stables is located in a three acre garden, which is shared with the main house where I live. There are two friendly sheep and two friendly goats which you are welcome to feed and cuddle. The Stables has two bedrooms. One has a king size bed, the other has a double bed and bunk beds (suitable for children only). It has a kitchen/living area and a bathroom (bath with shower).

We live in the main house, across from the Stables, you can just come and knock if you need something or call/text. We can provide an iron on request.

Sway is a small village in the heart of the New Forest with good cycling and walking easily accessible. Sway village is a 5 minute walk (with pavement). There is a butcher, deli/cafe, convenience store, pubs and a train station. I have created a guidebook to provide further info. Lymington and Bournemouth are about a 15 and 30 min drive respectively. There are lots of local attractions, including Beaulieu Motor Museum (20 mins) and Paultons Park (30 mins). The beach is about 15 mins drive, and you can walk to the open forest in about 15 mins.
