A 250 year old tobacco warehouse built over a stone arch, this industrial inspired retreat is a truely unique self-catering escape.
Designed with romance in mind, the honey hued beams, stone walls and handcrafted furnishings are a celebration of its past, with little luxuries like walk in rainfall shower, king sized matress and Egyptian cotton sheets, adding lashings of opulence.
Blending the antique with the modern with a dash of eccentricity this space has oodles of character and soul.
Born and bred Cumbrian, I live at present in beautiful Windermere.
I am a retired solicitor who in my free time enjoys walking the fells with my dogs, music, rugby and pottery- Not all at once!
Restoring historic and interesting buildings is also a passion, having done much of the work in the Tobacco Loft myself.
I am very happy to be able to share this beautiful county with others. I Hope you enjoy your visit as much as we enjoy living here
