Company information

Family run traditional Cornish guest house. Steeped in history, our guesthouse used to be the old harbour masters home, prior to that the building was used for processing pilchards. Whilst retaining the character of our building with its narrow corridors and stairs, we have updated our rooms to give you the comfort of modern fixtures and fittings. Our ethos is to delight our guests with a traditional Cornish welcome, and comfortable stay with great views. You may have the chance to mix with local fisherman in our restaurant. The current owners have come from fishing and farming heritage and the love of this resulted in ownership of the historical Wheelhouse Guest House & Restaurant. Our staff are committed to providing comfort and exceptional service to all our guests

Traditional Cornish hospitality in our family run guest house. We have 3 rooms and a delightful fisherman's Cottage. All rooms overlook the harbour and have stunning views. Our cottage is to the side of the guest house, whilst no views, its just metres from the harbour front and is pet friendly. Mevagissey is a superb base to explore South Cornwall, close to Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project, numerous beaches and the South West Coastal Path on your doorstep.
