A beautifully presented 4 bedroom Semi-detached home located in a quiet cul-de-sac In Draperstown in the heart of Mid-Ulster. The Bedrooms: The house consists of 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, Room 1 - Super-king bed (Ensuite) Room 2 - Kingsize bed Room 3 - 2 Single beds Room 4 - Double bed on ground floor (Ensuite) All rooms are furnished and include fresh bedding and towels. Living Area: A spacious living room with Corner suite, Open Fire and Tv. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: (Ensuite) Toilet, sink, shower Bathroom 2: Toilet, sink, bath, shower, Bathroom 3: Toilet, sink (Ground floor) Bathroom 4: (Ensuite) Toilet, sink, shower (Ground floor) The Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with Dining table and chairs. Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Saucepan/Frying pan, cups, plates and all cooking essentials. Teabags/Coffee/Sugar and Milk will also be provided in the house. Utility room with washing machine. Outside: Enclosed back garden with Rattan seating furniture. BBQ available on request. Clothes Line.
