A family home sleeping 4 people. Toppers is located in a small quiet village with essential amenities in walking distance but also in close proximity to Westward Ho! Beach, Appledore and the town of Bideford, all on the bus route. This property does have steps without a hand rail down to the front door. Please be aware of this as accessibility for some may be tricky if you have any specific mobility concerns. There are further steps into the back garden but these are not essential to access or enjoy the property. It has its own driveway with a few steps leading into the property with a front gate which you can access from the kitchen. The hallway has plenty of room for coats and shoes. Toppers has a living room and dining room combined. Wood stove for colder days, Wi-fi , Chrome Cast and a DVD player with plenty of children's dvds. A well equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and extractor hood. A back door leading to the side of the property. Upstairs there is a king-size hypnos mattress in the master bedroom with a TV and plenty of storage.The second bedroom has two single beds with room for an air mattress or travel cot (requested).
