Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed side garden with furniture. The central heating is powered by oil and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. Please be mindful that smoking and pets are not permitted at the property. There is a shop with 1.5 miles and a pub within 2 miles. Trem Y Borth Apartment is a lovely dwelling for long-lasting memories in North Wales. Note: The accommodation is the ground floor only.
