Victoria Quays on Wyre was originally built in 1836, when Fleetwood was first conceived by Sir Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood and the renowned architect Decimus Burton. 
This beautiful property is now grade II listed and previously known as the Victoria Public Hotel and was   the oldest pub in Fleetwood until it served its last orders in 2010.  
In the present day, we are delighted to have the opportunity of renovating this beautiful property and welcome guests from near and far.  We will have 10 beautiful, quality and luxurious apartments available in time and please watch as we open from our original 2 ground floor apartments to further include options on our upper levels offering either a River Wyre/Pennine / or Courtyard views.

Fleetwood is the seaside town at the tip of the Fylde Coast. Built on fishing and the railways, many of the magnificent architectural buildings still stand. Fleetwood has miles of stunning seafront from wild and natural landscapes to proper English seaside.
There are many local attractions to visit during your stay with us to include; Fleetwood Museum, Farmer Parrs Animal World, the Promenade and Beaches, Fleetwood to Knott End Ferry Service,  Rossall Point, Fleetwood Market, Affinity Outlet Lancashire, Memorial Park, Mount Pavilion and Marine Hall with Gardens to name but a few.
Getting to Fleetwood by Public Transport
Blackpool Transport run the regular daily public transport and trams following the line of the coast from Squires Gate tram depot at the southern end of Blackpool and also a bus service providing access across the Fylde Coast.
The old heritage trams are also still in operation. You can catch a variety of different heritage trams at weekends and during special event days. Throughout the holiday season from Easter to October the heritage trams operate a regular service.
Blackpool has many attractions including The Blackpool Tower and Ballroom, Sealife Centre, Madame Tussauds, Grand Theatre, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and The Arena, Opera House and Winter Gardens, Grundy, 3 piers, miles and miles of Golden Sands and not forgetting the world famous Illuminations now running September - January.
Easy access to head on up to the magnificent Lake District and visit the Pennines and Pendle Witch Country.
