Our apartment is centrally located for all amenities - Southend University Hospital, Southend Airport, Train station, City centre, Seafront and beach, Cinema, Bars Shopping Centre and Restaurants as well as numerous industrial areas all within a few minutes drive from the apartment. We've taken care to ensure that you have all facilities here when you come to stay and your stay will be as relaxing as possible. We look forward to seeing you soon!

This luxurious house in the heart of Southend is decorated with vintage, retro and worldly decor, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor patio. Located 2 minute drive from Greyhound Retail Park with all amenities close by, this is the perfect place to be central for your Southend stay. Dedicated parking space included. The house is pet friendly too so bring along your furry friends! IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed. The whole process takes no more than 5-10 minutes. All guests are required to go through this to ensure the authenticity of the booking and safety and security of our guests. There are no exceptions to this. If the guest tries to come up with any excuse not to complete these, please be advised that the booking will be at risk and no access to property will be granted.
