Boutique Beach Holiday Lets is a small, family run company. A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Because we are both local landlord and local agent, we have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay.

Warblers is located in a in a prime West Wittering location, within a secluded, private estate with large rear garden overlooking pony fields. On the ground floor you will find a large, open plan living/dining room with large dining table. The living area comprises comfy sofas, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a fireplace to relax in the evenings. There is a further children's snug room with Smart TV and sofa, The kitchen is bright and spacious and overlooks the rear garden which is laid to lawn. The kitchen has plentiful cooking equipment, large gas range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod machine and and large fridge/freezer. There is also a separate utility space with washer, dryer and additional sink. There is also a separate W/C on the ground floor. From the kitchen door you can access the lovely enclosed garden with delightful summer house and plenty of garden furniture for you to enjoy. Warblers features four bright, airy bedrooms; two doubles both with ensuite, one with shower and w/c and one with shower over bath and w/c. There are two twin bedrooms plus additional family bathroom with shower over bath. All bedrooms include super soft linen and fluffy towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

West Wittering is a stunning village located on the Sussex coast. This location is fantastic for outdoorsy people who love beach days, walking, wind surfing, kitesurfing, surfing and paddle boarding. Warblers is a short drive from East Wittering Village with its large range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as being a short 10 minute walk to the entrance of famous West Wittering beach. Historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.
