Neil and Clare and family live on the top floor of the mill having moved in to the property in June 2023, the mill has self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation

Mill Retreat has been converted into a self contained studio flat on the ground floor of a 17th century water mill.
It is found in the oldest part of the property and features exposed beams and slate flag floors. It has a newly fitted kitchen and shower room and is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
Neighbourhood information
Ladock is a small village approximately 6 miles from Truro and is perfectly positioned in the centre of Cornwall making it an ideal base to explore the area
