Oliver's Studio at Oliver's Yard is located in the picture postcard village of Shipton - under - Wychwood which is in a designated 'area of natural beauty' in the heart of the Cotswolds. Situated in a quiet cul de sac the accommodation comprises a 1st floor studio room that has it's own private entrance and is separated from the main house. It is a self contained triple aspect room with an ensuite shower, a breakfast bar with a microwave, kettle and toaster. It can sleep up to 4 people comprising 1 double, 1 single and 1 pull out 'captains' bed and is ideally suited for a family stay. There is a TV with its own Sky Q mini box. Guests also have shared usage of the secure orchard or 'dog garden' and a parking space immediately outside their front door.

We have recently moved into our dream house in this beautiful Cotswold village. Oliver's Yard is named after the Oliver family who owned the land on which the house stands. We are delighted to offer our guests the chance to share in this experience and are only too happy to give them advice on where to explore and visit, what there is to see and where to find the best food and drinking establishments.

Shipton under Wychwood is a classical Cotswold village located equidistant from the famous destination villages of Burford, Stow on the Wold and Chipping Norton. Shipton is one of three 'under Wychwood' villages along with Milton-under-Wychwood and Ascott-under-Wychwood all of which have their own unique character and appeal. From Oliver's Studio you can hear the bells from the 13th century St Mary's Church. It's also a short walk to the Wild Gardens for a tranquil wander amongst the wild flora, birds and animals that grow and live in this calm oasis of natural rural life.
