This sweet little end of terrace property has a separate kitchen off the open plan sitting/dining room area. With two double bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs, it’s near to King George V playing field. Walking distance to the town centre with plenty of parking, too, it is located on a private road and is remarkably peaceful. With all the essentials and very clean, you will find comfortable beds, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Fido and Felix are welcome!

Wokingham is a pretty market town popular with families for the excellent schools, buzzy town and surrounding countryside. Located on the Emm Brook in the Loddon Valley in central Berkshire and situated 39 miles (62.8 km) west of central London. It sits between the larger, industrial towns of Reading and Bracknell. Minutes from the M4 and with links to the M3, it is well served by trains from Wokingham Station which go direct to Waterloo (allow an hour and 15 minutes) and zip you to Reading in 10 minutes. There is also a steady stream of local buses.
The town has undergone a big regeneration project and now has a bustling high street of independent and small chain shops, surrounded by accessible countryside. The town hall in Wokingham is the beautiful central building. Still used as council offices, it has a cafe and a shop, but the true gem is the small tourist information office with a wealth of information available for the area.
