Each property has its own private parking. Rural Roosts is approximately 8 miles East of Lincoln. Lincoln has a train station, a taxi journey from the train station would take about 20 minutes. Rural Roosts is not on any bus routes. We are about a 5 minute drive to the nearest village where you will find Co-op, post office, butcher, pub etc. Rural Roosts is part of Manor Farm in Stainfield, approx. 8 miles East of Lincoln Postcode LN8 5JJ will get you to Stainfield Travelling from the South • Take the A46 northern ring road around Lincoln. • At the last roundabout, turn left on A158 towards Skegness. • Drive straight through Langworth then take first turning right towards Newball, Stainfield, Bardney. • Follow road for approximately 5 miles. • In Stainfield, take the 2nd turning on the right after the red phone box into Rural Roosts. • Follow the Rural Roosts signs. Travelling from the North • From the M180 junction 4, take the A15 south towards Lincoln. • At the roundabout for the A46 ring road turn left and follow instructions as above.
