There are private bath and shower rooms with soap, hair & body shampoo, toilet rolls, and towels. The apartments also feature lounges, dining areas and kitchens with tea, coffee, sugar, soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, and rubbish bags. Each fully-equipped kitchen within York Place Apartments has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Towels and linen are included, and travel cots and high chairs can be requested. Situated in Edinburgh’s New Town, Edinburgh Castle is just a 15-minute walk away, and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is just over 5 minutes' walk away. The nightlife district of George Street is just 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Destination Edinburgh are delighted to have Edinburgh Short term let licences for our York Place apartments. All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown.
Your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a York Place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 York Place. These are all separate apartment blocks/entrances
Please note that there are no lifts and there are a number of stairs to the Deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. These apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties.
There is no parking at the apartments, parking is best at the Omni Q car park on Greenside Row, reservation is needed and charges apply. Details are sent once booked with us to receive a 40% discount on the 24 hour rate

A damage deposit of £200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
