York Place self-catering Apartments are set within a converted Georgian town house, in the city centre of Edinburgh offering modern apartments in Edinburgh city centre, 3 minutes' walk from the shopping district of Princes Street and 1 min walk from the St James Quarter. There are private bath and shower rooms with soap, hair & body shampoo, toilet rolls, and towels. The apartments also feature lounges, dining areas and kitchens with tea, coffee, sugar, soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, and rubbish bags. Each fully-equipped kitchen within York Place Apartments has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Towels and linen are included, and travel cots and high chairs can be requested. Situated in Edinburgh’s New Town, Edinburgh Castle is just a 15-minute walk away, and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is just over 5 minutes' walk away. The nightlife district of George Street is just 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Destination Edinburgh are delighted to have Edinburgh Short term let licences for our York Place apartments. This means we meet all planning, health and safety, insurance and other general conditions set by Edinburgh Council for short term lets. Please make sure you stay at a licenced premises.

Since 2006 we've developed our superb apartments and provided many excellent experiences in Edinburgh for thousands of clients. We endeavour to meet all of our guests at their apartment to provide a personal check in service. Our team are happy to recommend things to do during your stay.

Our higher floor apartments boast stunning views over Edinburgh city centre and towards the coast. Our self catering apartments have a variety of apartments to suit groups of all shapes and sizes., the perfect space to get together to catch up and make memories Edinburgh has fantastic transport links from within the UK, you can visit us by plane, train, bus or car. Our apartments are easily accessible and can cater for all of these options. We also have 50% discount of 24 hour car parking at the Omni centre we can offer to our guests if bringing a car to the city.

Your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a York Place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 York Place. These are all separate apartment blocks/entrances

Please note that there are no lifts and there are a number of stairs to the Deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. These apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties.

There is no parking at the apartments, parking is best at the Omni Q car park on Greenside Row, reservation is needed and charges apply. Details are sent once booked with us to receive a 40% discount on the 24 hour rate
