Our Sunny, newly built "Cozy House in Old Tbilisi” is a separated dwelling-house with: > Private entrance on the first floor; > Free Wi-Fi; > Safe central heating and air-conditioning; > 1 bedroom with King size bed (210X170cm) and kitchen; > Warm/cold water; > All necessary furniture, technique and vessel; > Little backyard. · During the Pandemic period, we were closed, that's why we have so few rates and comments, but from July 2023 we are still open and happy to be your host again. Sololaki, ones the district of rich merchants and artists, still captivates the visitors. Here you can see the real, authentic Tbilisi - with its long balconies, hidden yards, faded paintings in the entrance hall and gilded stair railings. If you want to see the authentic Tbilisi and almost inhale the history, the entrance halls and yards of Sololaki are the best destinations. The former glory is still visible in many houses and sometimes you might find real treasures inside - like a Soviet times board with names of former inhabitants, a marble stairway or faded paintings. “Cozy House Sololaki” situated in Sololaki - the historic central region of Georgia's capital - Tbilisi, near to every important places in town, conveniently close to Freedom Square in the Old Town, in the heart of Tbilisi.
