Hospitality has been part of our family tradition since 1953 — as one of our oldest photos proudly shows. Our holiday homes are called “Meidan Oda”, which in Georgian means a special room for guests. For us, this is more than just accommodation; it’s about continuing a warm tradition of welcoming travelers with care and making them feel at home by the sea. Hosting gives us joy because every guest becomes part of this story — enjoying Kobuleti’s beauty while experiencing the genuine hospitality that has been in our family for generations.
Our holiday homes are located in a peaceful green area of Kobuleti, surrounded by nature with stunning views of the mountains. At the same time, guests are just a short walk from the seaside boulevard, where they can enjoy the beach, local cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience — close enough to the lively seaside promenade, yet tucked away in a calm setting where guests can truly relax. Nearby attractions include the Kobuleti seaside boulevard, ideal for evening walks or cycling, and the local market for fresh produce and authentic Georgian flavors. Guests can also explore cultural and natural highlights of the Adjara region, from waterfalls and mountain trails to historic sites.
