The building is easily accessible from the main road and has entrances from 2 sides. Outside the building there is a space for kids to play. The apartment is on the 4th floor, is sunny all day long, with a good view from the balcony. There is a shop in the building. You can take an elevator from the parking floor or lobby.
The building is located on the road up to Kokhta Mountain, accross from Mgzavrebi complex with restaurant, shops and ski slope for kids.
