This stylish 4 bedroom house is perfect for family/group stay. We’ve installed a solar power system to ensure guests do not experience power cuts. Living spaces are very spacious and all bedrooms are en-suites. Kitchen is also spacious with inbuilt cooker/oven, rice cooker, blender, etc. Other amenities include WI-FI (210GB), DSTV, CCTV, Solar Electric Fence, AirCon, washing machine, Bluetooth Speaker, Fridge & Freezer, etc. Location: Tema Community 25, PS Global Estates, near Community 25 Mall. This neighbourhood is a quiet, airy and relatively safe neighbourhood to live in. The road to the house, off the main Tema-Aflao road, is mostly untarred, just like most communities in Tema and Accra . The neighbourhood boasts of a number of restaurants and bars, a couple of shopping malls (Palace Mall and Tema Community 25 Mall which can be located on the main Tema-Aflao Road), not to mention having access to a lot of corner stores/mini supermarkets very close by which you can take advantage of to top up your weekly shopping needs. For a bit of fun and entertainment for adult and children alike, we have Accra's #1 go-kart raceway called A1 RaceWay , located next to Devtraco Police and Fire station . At A1 RaceWay, they also have a Wonderland Park for children and restaurant (Quick Fix) where you can relax and enjoy. Essentially, there are a number of beaches close by, a couple are: - Paradise Beach, 9.3km - The Palms at Prampram, is 19km away. A Police and Fire Station is located adjacent to Devtraco Court.
