End of construction: December 2023. Located at the end of a private residence, it offers discretion and security. Single-storey villa with large openings which provide ventilation and natural light. The villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, USB socket, oven and microwave), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with dressing rooms, mirrors, USB and USBC sockets. For your leisure, board games, cards, and outside, a salt swimming pool equipped with an anti-fall alarm, a jacuzzi, a ping-pong table and a mini pétanque court for an initiation between friends or family. WIFI connection (STARLINK satellite)

The villa is ideally located just a few steps away. You have 2 shopping centers 3 and 5 minutes away by car. You have to walk 8 minutes to get to the nearest one. The bakery, pharmacy, doctor and medical center are 5 minutes away by car. The magnificent Boulevard du Moule, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, is just a few steps away. You can walk, relax, taste local ice creams and local snacks (accras, bokits etc.). A craft market takes place there every Wednesday afternoon from 3 p.m. (TripAdvisor info).
