Unique sea view house (150 sqm) 50 meters from the sandy beach in the traditional fishing village of Perdika on the island of Aegina just 3 hours from Athens airport. Beautiful and comfortable house decorated in the colours of the sea and sky with a large veranda with breathtaking panoramic sea view. Nice courtyard with swings for kids and a barbecue grill. Only a few meters away from the beach, very close to supermarket, traditional restaurants cafes and bars. Ideal for relaxing holidays!
The house is located in a quiet area of the fishing village of Perdika, which is famous for the wonderful sandy beach of Perdika beach and many traditional taverns with always fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. The house is in a large private villa only 50 meters away from the beach and the central promenade of Perdika resort with many restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, meat and fish shops and tourist shops. This place is a favorite place an evening or morning walk of the many tourists who visit our wonderful resort every year. For your purchases the nearest supermarket is only 50 meters away, a bakery 70 meters away, a pharmacy very close and there is also the port of Perdika, 50 meters away, where you can buy fresh fish and seafood direclty from the fishermen of the village.
