The villa Agroart was designed especially for you, who are looking for elegance, luxury, traditional high-level architecture, high quality facilities, calm living innature and short trips to the enchanting beaches of the island, escaping from the philosophy of mass tourism. Built in the village of Vanato, in an area of 1200 sq.m., surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, overlooking the lush green hill of Spiloulas, where the homonym monastery is located, with unique colours, seductive aromas and unparalleled vitality of the earth, it aims to captivate and capture your senses, offering to you an ideal place for share with your loved ones, unforgettable and unique moments of summer escapes. Having a total area of 100 sq.m., it can accommodate up to 4 people and includes two bedrooms, with double bed, large sunny patio doors with exit to balcony or terrace, open plan kitchen and living-room area with fireplace and direct access to the pool area and in the rest building terraces, spacious bathrooms with many amenities and a WC.

The villa Agroart located in the beautiful village of Vanato, in eastern Zakynthos, is just 3 km away from the town of Zakynthos. Most of the beautiful and famous beaches of the island and most sights are in short distance, a fact that makes the villa crossing-point in all directions in order to explore the island. Within less than 500 meters there is a community clinic, pharmacy, mini market, super market and restaurants serving local flavors. During your stay in villa Agroart, it is worth spending a bit of your time on visiting the Monastery of Cave or Spiloula’s and Ampeloravdi’s Tower, attractions that will reward your choice. The ascent to the church of Virgin Spiloula’s is rewarded by the breathtaking views, as down the hill , all the eastern and southern Zakynthos is spread and visibility can reach up to the bay of Laganas and Marathonisi.
