The villa is ideal for privacy and relaxation! One of the few that are right on the beach, an almost private beach! The villa consists of the main house and two individual studios attached to it. The house has a big living room with a luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and the semi-basement area which has access through the internal staircase and has a large bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Each of the two studios, adjacent to the main house, have a private bathroom and a small kitchen. Around the house is a big garden ideal for relaxation and sunbathing. Just outside the garden you step on the sandy beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing or have nice walk...
Kissamos is a beautiful town lying 42 kilometres west of Chania. In Kissamos area, are the most beautiful and most famous beaches of Crete. You will love Balos lagoon, Elafonisi and Falassarna beaches, all with soft gold sand and crystal clear turquoise water!
