Alonion Apartments is just a place for those who are looking to experience the quiet and laid-back life of a small Cretan Village which is surrounded by olive trees and has a view of the Cretan Sea in the distance.
Alonion Apartments are two small apartments, one on top of the other, which can be rented separately or if you like you can rent all of it as they are separated by stairs.
Alonion Apartments is located in the village Gerakiana, a small farming village which its locals cultivate good quality olive oil and wine. Gerakiana village is 30km from Chania old city and 13km from Kissamos town with the famous beaches of Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos lagoon. It is also 9km from Kolimbari, a large coastal village where there a few shops,supermarkets and plenty of restaurants which have fresh sea food and local Cretan dishes.Gerakiana village is built between two fringes of hills Agia Varvara and Alonion.
Here you can enjoy the views of the wild White Mountains on the one side and the sea on the other side.
In the area you can also see ruins of Minoan Settlement.
