Unique brand new villa of 1.5 acres in a really stunning location with great sea view, a beautiful private swimming pool (with overflow) and a huge terrace with a pergola right above 'Alyki' beach (300m), one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kythnos! The house inside of ~55 sq.m (2 bedrooms, 1 living room connected with a Full Kitchen and a Bathroom) features modern decoration, all 'BoConcept' & 'Cocomat' furniture and the latest electrical appliances. Located very close (250m) to the main (asphalt) public road. It is the first of the three separate small villas of the complex (the other two are in the completion phase). Ideal luxury accommodation for a special vacation in one of the most beautiful and nearby islands of the Cyclades!
