Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης μονοκατοικίας με εξωτερική σκάλα και μεγάλη βεράντα και κήπο. Μεγάλο και άνετο πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα, μόλις οκτώ (8) λεπτά με τα πόδια. Υπάρχει μικρή αγορά και πολλές επιλογές σίτισης και βραδινής διασκέδασης. Η παραλία είναι οργανωμένη και βραβευμένη με γαλάζια σημαία και απέχει 5km από την Καλλικράτεια.
Είμαι διαθέσιμη να κατατοπίσω και να απαντήσω στις ερωτήσεις των επισκεπτών με σκοπό να έχουνε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή.
Η γειτονιά στην οποία βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι ήσυχη και οικογενειακή, που την καθιστά κατάλληλη για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Στην περιοχή φτάνει το ΚΤΕΛ Χαλκιδικής που συνδέει τη Βεργιά με τη Θεσσαλονίκη αλλά και την υπόλοιπη Χαλκιδική. Επίσης στην Καλλικράτεια υπάρχουν ταξί που εξυπηρετούν με τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις. Κατά μήκος της παραλίας προσφέρονται ευκαιρίες περιπάτου και διασκέδασης, ενώ στην παραλία μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει θαλάσσια σπορ.
