Iam a passionate guy that spent the last 12 months of my life renovating my granddad's 19th century stone built mansion with a lot of passion and love for tradition, maintaining its original architecture and features and at the same time making it a fully functional modern home to accommodate my family and my guests.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, accessible only by a cobblestone street, away from traffic and noise. Due to its unique location it naturally blends in to its surrounding environment and surrounded by trees and nature. The views of the sea and the mountains are just stunning and particularly the views from the balcony, a rare privilege among this type of cottages.
