Our beautiful family home Villa Avraam is located on the outskirts of Naousa, with panoramic views of Naousa Bay. Being a 5 minute drive from Naousa and a number of beautiful beaches, the Villa offers convenience and privacy ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious Villa hosts up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Avraam consists of a main house on the upper level with 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 6, and a self contained apartment on the lower level with 1 bedroom (1 queen and 1 single) and 1 bathroom that sleeps 3. The two levels are connected by a winding garden path, with the main house being on the same level as the car parking area. Please note the main house is split level with two steps separating the living and sleeping areas. The Villa features a large terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining table that seats 12 people, in addition to a walled garden with deck chairs and a BBQ. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a lounge attached, as well as a larger separate lounge area with a tv and office desk. The self contained apartment features a small kitchenette and dining area. All bedrooms and lounge areas have air conditioning and WIFI. There is a popular local bakery located 150m down the road that has a delicious selection of fresh bread and pastries.

My husband was born on the island of Paros and I am from Australia. Together we built a holiday home in Paros. For the past ten years we have been renting it to holiday makers from around the world. We would like to invite you to enjoy it as well.

The house is close to Kolimbithres and Monastiri Beaches and many tavernas. The town of Naousa is a jewel of the Cyclades with its winding streets and white washed houses. It hosts many fashionable stores, bars and restaurants. There is a bus which runs on the main road between Naousa and Parikia, 200 meters away, however a car is recommended for access the many beaches and attractions on the island of Paros.
