Blue Lagoon Luxury apartment A1, is a spacious, brand new residence of 55 sqm, on the first floor of a two-storey building, in Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia. The house, with its own soul and individual harmony, has one sunny bedroom of contemporary elegance, offering a king-size bed and a modern living room with a comfortable corner sofa that can be used as a bed as well, a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with functional amenities. The residence with its panoramic view of the city, overlooking the bay of Argostoli, the picturesque lagoon and De Bosset Bridge (the longest stone bridge in Europe) offers a majestic view of the mountain ridge of Aenos. The residence is ideal for both family vacation and holidays with friends.

Neighbourhood information

It is located at one of the most elegant neighbourhoods of Argostoli. It's near the city center (just a 10 minute walk away) and at the same time in a very peaceful area with wide streets, thus parking is easy to find. There are Super Markets, pharmacies, gyms, and the hospital, within a range of just 200 meters. The "Lassi" area, with the wonderful beaches of Makris and Platis Gialos, is just a four-minute drive away, and "Gradakia" beach is 500 meters away. The Bridge De Bosset with its picturesque pedestrian street outlooking the entire town, from where the harbour begins, is just 500 meters away, and the airport is 7 km away from the residence.
