A whole property with 10 villa units with private pool and entrance.. Ideally located on the outskirts of Laganas beach and nightlife. Every unit has its own bedroom,bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for groups of friends or big family up to 22 adults and 9 children.. Ideal for Parties / weddings and other events. Noise is allowed all day from 9:00 am until 24:00 midnight. The guests can exit and enter the property all 24/h. Secluded with free parking. The complex has a paddle court a basket ring and a tabble tennis table all included in the price. Bear in mind that a reception area is on the Ground floor , separated from the rest of the building and grounds giving full privacy to our guests. The reception area is there to maintain the cleaning and maintainance work needed for such a big complex of 650 sqm building and to cater for all of our guests needs.

The property is set in a quiet area just off the main Laganas road. It's a peaceful part of Laganas that is only a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Laganas and Kalamaki. The Laganas bay has long sandy beaches and warm shallow water, thereby making it ideal for a relaxing time and swimming, as well as spotting the famous caretta - caretta loggerhead sea turtle. We can arrange transfer for you from the airport for your arrival and/or departure. It is recommended to rent a means of transportation (bike/car) to explore the island as the bus routes and few and far between and you will have more privacy and comfort. There is free parking on the premises and the bus stop to Zakynthos town is 200 metres away.
