Our villa is situated at the picturesque bay of Armeni, right beneath Oia. Once you open the external door of the villa you can enjoy the stunning view of the volcano and the caldera and you are privileged to have the beach just 10 meters from the villa for you to swim. Since you can reach our villa either by descending the large staircase from Oia on foot (285 steps) or by Water Taxi from Ammoudi bay, which is also situated beneath Oia, your stay will be absolutely undisturbed from any noise coming from cars, motorcycles, buses and etc. and after a while you will realize that you only hear the splashing sound of the water. In a few words, one can find here peace and tranquility far from any disturbances caused by the vast number of tourists visiting the island, while at the same time it is easy relatively easy to ascend the staircase at any time and find yourself in the busy alleyways of Oia. Our guests will have the rare opportunity to feel like living in the past the way the old residents used to live here. Your stay here will let you feel the tranquility of the environment and the special atmosphere created by the fierce landscape. The cost is 100 euros per booking and is paid in cash directly to the housekeeper/cleaner. 2.
