Fully equipped, brand new (constructed in 2021), 3 bedroom maisonette waits to provide you memorable moments to remember. Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot, sea view from the balconies, with big outdoor area. Wifi, air-cos, parking, kitchen, wash-dishing, laundry and home cinema are freely provided. Close to Cretan Tavernas and Water Sports.

Close to playground for the kids, close to the beach and Cretan Tavernas, close to the highway with direction to Heraklion or Rethymnon. Very close to beach, Cretan Tavernas, certified diving center of Mononaftis and not far away of the traditional Cretan village of Fodele, the birthplace of the very well known Cretan painter Dominikos Theotokopoulos (El Greco).
