Inspired by the colours and countryside of the Mediterranean, this Cretan home with outdoor swimming pool and five luxurious residences, is the perfect family or large group gathering retreat. Meticulous design and eco-friendly credentials have seen this olive grove 1 acre land in Adele sought-after village of Rethymno transform into a luxurious self-catering home. With a Private Pool, BBQ outdoor dinning settings and garden this home can be yours to remember. A striking structure is in Adele, only 10 minutes driving distance to Rethymno centre, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse. The complex features five spectacular 400m2 residences. Four of the residences feature two bedrooms each and one residence features one bedroom. All residences feature one or two bathroom each. It can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds and 5 more guests can be accommodated in sofa beds or armchair folding beds. It can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests in total. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November). Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Events are allowed only upon request (extra fees, event contract required) Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host. 

Neighbourhood information

The village of Adele is ideal for relax in an authentic Cretan area surrounded by old olive groves very close to the sea and still remote. Near to ancient Eleftherna’s museum and Arkadi monastery and only 2km away from the lively centre! Within 350m range from EcoVillas you may find a mini market, a tobacco kiosk, gas station, a grill house and a tavern. Only within 3km range (Directions South and towards West, in “Adelianos Kambos” and Platanias areas, where are situated some of the most elegant 4 and 5 star hotels of Rethymno, there are also many restaurants of Greek, exotic and fusion cuisine, taverns that serve traditional Cretan dishes, ATM, bars, clubs, coffee places, tourist stores, clothes stores, jewelry shops etc. You may also find a taxi station, a big store with various home products, 2 gas stations and a Lidl super market. Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 15 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and approximately one hour from the International Airport of Heraklion.
