Property information

Luxurious apartment, fully equipped outside the city of Katerini. Located just 7 km far away from Katerini in Nea Efesos. A picturesque traditional village away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ideal for relaxation. Opposite the apartment there is a square with a playground inside. There is also a bus stop just 20 meters away from the house. The apartment is fully equipped and has all the amenities that will ensure you an excellent stay. Includes 3 TVs with FREE NETFLIX, 1 powerful air conditioner (for cooling/heating) and a heat pump for cold winter nights. The apartment also has a private terrace and barbecue that you can use it.
