Your next holiday oasis is located 50 meters from the coast of the Messini Bay with crystal-clear water. On a beautiful plot of land covering 15 stremmas (or 15,000 square meters), under 200 olive trees, there are high-quality teak bungalows and vacation apartments in two different stone houses. On the ground floor of the main building, next to the reception, there is a large hall where breakfast can be served upon request. This is a space where you can sit with friends & family, organize events, and spend time pleasantly. In cooperation with a local tavern, we can also arrange dinner at our place, although each house and apartment is equipped with a well-stocked kitchenette. All our houses have been freshly renovated both inside and out. Each terrace offers stunning views of the sea and the Taygetos Mountains on the other side of the Messini Bay. Around the houses, there are well-maintained flower beds and lush vegetation. For children, there is a small playground with swings and a slide. In addition to the terraces, there are several seating and picnic spots in the garden. We have a small paradise here!

Our property gate is located a few dozen meters from the sandy beach. Between us and the beach, there is a beach bar, where sunshades and sun beds are free for our guests. The bar has a proper kitchen to provide refreshments during a day at the beach. Just a few hundred meters away is a beach area where sea turtles lay their eggs in the summer. Just a few kilometers away, you can find a very different coastline. In secluded marble coves, you can spend a summer day without encountering another person. In our beach village of Chrani, there are several good taverns, but the most authentic eateries in the area are a few kilometers away in the mountains. The nearest larger settlement is Petalidi, where fresh fish can be bought from fishermen every day and a farmers' market is held every Friday, just 6 km away. The administrative center of the area, Kalamata, where you can enjoy city life, is about 30 km away. About the same distance away is a treat for history enthusiasts and one of the best-preserved archaeological sites, Ancient Messini. Driving along the coast, you will come across the romantic coastal towns of Koroni, Methoni, and Pylos with their Venetian-era fortresses. The latter is also known from ancient mythology as the kingdom of Nestor. Nature lovers can find the magnificent Polylimnio waterfalls about 20 kilometers from us, and if you continue driving about the same distance, you will reach the Voidokilia lagoon, which is featured in almost every picture book about Greece. There is plenty to discover in our area!
