Το «Elia Luxury House» βρίσκεται στον λόφο πάνω από την Ουρανουπολη, προσφέροντας πανοραμική θέα στα καταγάλανα νερα του Σιγγιτικού Κόλπου, τη νήσο Αμμουλιανή, τα νησάκια Δρένια, το χωριό της Ουρανούπολης και τους λόφους του Αγίου Όρους. Η μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα σε συνδυασμό με την καταπράσινη βλάστηση που περιβάλλει την βίλα μας συμβάλλουν στη δημιουργία του απόλυτου σκηνικού γαλήνης ώστε ο επισκέπτης να απολαύσει στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Διατίθεται ένας μεγάλος κήπος εξοπλισμένος με αιώρα, δυο κούνιες, σαλόνι κήπου, ξαπλώστρες καθώς και μπάρμπεκιου εξωτερικού χώρου, συμβάλλοντας στη χαλάρωση σας και απόλαυση της θεάς. Διατίθεται δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.
