I love hosting and meeting new people. I can help guests book a car from the airport to the port of Lavrio, I can help by booking their ferry boat tickets. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats a day going to and from the island, but unfortunately the ferry boat companies do not release the times of the boats till about the end of March. I have managed to get the times by early January. I can also help by renting a car on the island for guests. I do not charge a fee for any of the above. I can also give tips on restaurants, places to visit etc., I can also arrange for a pre stocked fridge if guests wish.

The property is in the area of Koundouros. The house is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent of the other and about 300 meters from the sea. This house is ideal for a family or group of friends that just want to relax, be close to the sea and enjoy the sea and sunset views. The house is on two levels and consists of a ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a built in corner sofa, a dining area and a fireplace. Leading off the living room is a large bedroom with a double bed and ample cupboard space. Both the living room and the bedroom lead onto the front shaded terrace. From the living room there are 3 steps that lead to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed that leads onto a second shaded terrace, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a fireplace and a double bed (sofa bed)that leads on to a shaded balcony.

The house is in the area of Koundouros, where there are 6 sandy beaches. Two of them are organized with umbrellas and sunbeds.There is scuba dining in the area as well as water sports. There re three restaurants in Koundouros and another 2 in Pisses only 4 minutes by car from the house. In Pisses there is also a large mini market. There is also a bar /cafe on one of the beaches. Koundouros is the ideal place for those that want to swim and relax in the sun, as it is south of the island, it is very rare for there to be any wind. So calm seas!!
