Property information

An absolutely gorgeous and spacious 5 bedroom Villa completely renovated in 2022 and offers brand new facilities. The Villa, located on the slope of a hill on the North of Cofu, will provide you with a breath taking 360 view : from the infinity pool you will oversee all over the Ionian sea and the Albanian coast, while from the back balconies of the properties you have a beuatiful view of the mountains and a lake. The swimming pool is large and has a fenced shallow end for kids. Outside there is a barbecue with a dinner table, as well as a ping pong table. The garden has many trees, plants and flowers. The porperty is located just 5 minutes away from the main road that leads to Kassiopi, Acharavi and Roda.

Neighbourhood information

Next to the Villa, completely separated and secluded, there is only a small house where the owners of the Villa live. They are a very friendly and discrete retired couple who will assist you with anything you need in case you would request so. In the name of typical Greek hospitality home made Mousaka and fresh vegetables from their organic garden might be provided during your stay :).
