Property information

Newly built apartment in December 2022. Our apartment is in the heart of the city close to the beautiful beach of Alexandroupoli and is perfect for couples, familys and solo travelers who want to explore Alexandroupoli. This apartment decorated keeping always in mind the needs of a modern traveler. It's prime location is definitely its best characteristic, although its amenities and hand-picked furniture will steal your heart!! Bedroom has queen-size bed, A/C unit and desk, ideal for business travelers, and is extremely spacious. The beautiful living room, with A/C unit, 50’’ flat screen TV, 50mbps internet and Netflix also, top-notch decoration and direct access to balcony with great view is the perfect place to return to, after a long walk exploring Alexandroupoli. Kitchen is fully equipped as well.

Guests can access and use everything in this self-catered apartment. Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed. The apartment is suitable for children of all ages.
