Summer house in Spetses, located in the picturesque area of Kounoupitsa, is situated about 700 m from the town center (port) and 200 m from the sea. It has been recently renovated to offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is a spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood, which can accommodate 6 persons, for a minimum of 2 nights. The house consists of two bedrooms both of which have a double-sized bed and a sofa bed (0,80 x 1,90), air conditioning and plenty of cupboards and drawers for clothes. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining facility, refrigerator, dishwasher, two coffee makers (American & espresso-nespresso sustem), a large bathroom with washing machine, pantry Items, hair dryer, iron & board, a very large living room with a flat screen TV set, balcony with outdoor furniture and free Wi-Fi. There are also two bikes available in good working condition.

There are also two bikes available in good working condition. There are buses and taxis. Four-wheeled mopeds (pigs) and bicycles are also rented
