Relax at this lovely three store house with sea view.
"Treis Ekklisies is a secluded resort village in the south of the Heraklion prefecture. You'll enjoy a lovely ride through the wild Asterousia landscape to reach this bay, with a breathtaking view during the journey, and you will appreciate the tranquility once you arrive. The village of Treis Ekklisies took its name from the three (treis) churches (ekklisies) built there: Metamorphosis, Agios Antonios, and Evangelismos. The little village also hosts one of the largest natural groves with carob trees and is known for the imposing Ambas waterfall with a height of 145 meters. During the summer months, there is a mini-market and some small cafes next to the beach, serving food and meze (the mini-market is closed after 10/09 and opens only on weekends). The larger village of Harakas is 15 kilometers away, where you can find all the necessary shops and a bank. The neighborhood features some lovely remote beaches, well-kept secret places to relax and recharge your batteries. Some are only accessible by boat, while others are within walking distance, and of course, the beach of Treis Ekklisies is just 100 meters from the house. This beautiful rugged area is suitable for walks. One of the most famous destinations is the Ambas waterfall."
