Α beautiful traditional 80m² house, located in Dapia and within walking distance of all Spetses sights. It's suitable for families as fully furnished & equipped (sheets, towels, dishwasher/washer, air condition, ceiling fans, 2 coffemakers, TV, video, cdplayer, wifi), 2 bedrooms, 75m² yard, a HUGE shared swimming pool! The house is part of one of the most beautiful, traditional holiday complex of Spetses. Moreover, its balcony provides an amazing view to Saronic Bay and Dapia thanks to 200m altitude.

The house is part of one of the most beautiful, traditional holiday complex of Spetses. It is located in Dapia but it's quiet, avoiding motorcycle noise Spetses City suffers from. It is very close to all Spetses sights such as Mpoumpoulina's Museum, Posidoneon Hotel, Old Harbor, Anargyreios Korgialeneios School etc. Also, the Aghios Mamas beach is within ten minutes walking distance. Moreover, its balcony provides an amazing view to Saronic Bay and Dapia thanks to 200m altitude.
