An entire 36-sq.m. studio, recently renovated, fully furnished with all the necessary appliances (e.g. kitchen, fridge) and decorated with vivid colours. Situated on the 3rd floor (NOTE: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR) and equipped with a large window and a balcony which offers a beautiful view of the sea (port of Rafina) and the central square.
 Moreover, the apartment is ideally located on the central square of Rafina, part of a lively neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars and cafes. The port of Rafina is easily accessed by a 4-min walk,and the central bus stop (serving the airport and Athens) is only 1 minute away on foot, thus, making it ideal for those who are either interested in having immediate access to the port or those to wish to enjoy their vacation on a vibrant coastal town. Guests can enjoy unrestricted access to all rooms and use all appliances/ devices.
- 350 m to the beach "Tzitziki" and 1000m to "Ble Limanaki" - 450 m to the port of Rafina.
 - 400 m to LIDL (supermarket).
 - 200m to ATM/Bank. - 100m to the bus stop (direct transfer to central Athens and subway stations). - 400 m to the bus stop (direct transfer to-and-from the airport). - 100m to Taxi pickup spot.
