This 90 sqm and newly refurbished house has a fully equipped kitchenette.
Its space gives a lot of room for several types of guests – parents with kids, or a group of 8-10 adults as the space is equipped with 2 toilet / shower rooms, 2 living rooms with double beds that can sleep four people,1 living room with 4 bunks beds that can sleep four people.A big living room can accommodate all quest and it has a double sofa bed that can sleep 2 people.
Τhe big quiet garden is ideal for barbeques and for children's play away from bustle and cars.
The center is 10 minutes away by walk and the beach 2 minutes away by car.
